Tim Knesik

Tim Knesek is the Capital Farm Credit Market President for the Houston Sales Region which is made up of 14 lending offices located within the Southeastern part of Texas.  Tim began his career with the Farm Credit System in 1987 working in the South Texas market area before moving to the La Grange office in 1995 where he focused on lending in the Houston/San Antonio/Austin triangle.  In January 2020, Tim began leading the 14-office sales team which serves the Houston Market footprint.  Tim obtained his undergraduate and his graduate degrees from Texas A&M University.  Tim and his wife Susan live on their small farm near La Grange and have two adult daughters, Jordan and Madison.  Both daughters, and grandson Hudson, have enjoyed many hours with Tim sharing his love for the outdoors.

Mike Tippit

Dennis M. “Mike” Tippit is a Regional VP of Sales with Capital Farm Credit in the Houston Market Area. Mr. Tippit is a 24 year veteran of the Farm Credit System starting out as a Summer Intern at the Farm Credit Bank of Texas in 1996 and eventually becoming a full-time employee later that year with Capital Farm Credit after earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University. Mr. Tippit earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2004. He has worked in and/or led lending teams in 10 different offices in South and Southeast Texas during his tenure with Capital Farm Credit. Mr. Tippit’s area of expertise is in long term real estate lending, particularly in urban markets. He lives in Katy, Texas with his wife, Stephanie, and their 4-year-old daughter, Sara.
