Licenses & Stamps
Texas Hunting License

Hunter Safety Card Requirements: Every hunter (including out-of-state hunters) born on or after Sept. 2, 1971, must successfully complete a Hunter Education Training Course, or be accompanied while hunting. Minimum age of certification is 9 years of age. If you were born on or after September 2, 1971 and you are under 9 years of age, you must be accompanied while hunting. Age 9 through 16, you must successfully complete a hunter education course, or you must be accompanied while hunting. Age 17 and over, you must successfully complete a hunter education course, or purchase a “Hunter Education Deferral” and you must be accompanied while hunting.

Shotgun and Shells
Recommended 12 gauge chambered in either 3″ or 3 1/2″ and 20 gauge or .410 for youth. We recommend shot size #6, and nothing larger than shot size #4. No light dove loads.

Eye and Ear Protection
Earmuffs or ear plugs, and ballistic, protective eye wear.

Extras
Camera for pictures.
Cooler for game transport.
While great dogs are always appreciated, there is no need to bring dogs will be provided.

Hunt will take place in Waller, TX. Precise directions to field provided via email prior to event.
