Shaun Nelson has been a member of HSCF since 2006 and a Life Member since 2016. During his time as a member of HSCF Shaun has served the club in many roles. He has been Vice President, served two terms as a Board Member, Co-Chaired the Convention in 2012, Chaired the Silent Auction Committee, Chaired the Raffle Committee, was the Grants Committee Chair for several years, and has Chaired the Membership Committee. In addition to his service, Shaun has been a Gazelles Luncheon Sponsor and a Silent Auction Donor. Shaun is married to his wife Angie, and they have four children, Ty Nelson, recent graduate of Texas A&M, Jacob Madden, Air Force Veteran and currently back in school pursuing his Airframe and Powerplant Certification, Katie Madden, a senior at Texas A&M studying Finance and her MBA in Commercial Real Estate, and Taylor Nelson, a junior at Texas A&M Kingsville pursuing a degree in Agri-business.

Shaun and Angie reside in Montgomery, TX and enjoy life on Lake Conroe! Shaun is the Director of Sales – North America for Bauer Equipment, a global manufacturer of Geotechnical Foundation Drilling Equipment. Shaun is an avid hunter and has pursued his passion on several continents. His favorite hunt thus far was stalking Cape Buffalo in Zimbabwe. He is also an avid golfer and fisherman. According to Shaun, one of his greatest privileges has been to serve the membership of HSCF and carry the message of hunting and HSCF across the globe!
