Craig Phillips

A lifetime outdoorsman and native Texan, Craig Phillips and his wife, Elaine, make their
home in Tomball. When not hunting, fishing, or playing golf, Craig has been deeply
involved in any number of conservation and education initiatives for the past thirty
years. He has been a Houston Safari Club Foundation member for almost two decades
and while he’s been an active member, he wants to use his passion and experience to
“do more” to support HSCF’s mission. He is similarly involved in other organizations
including Safari Club International, SCI’s Houston Chapter, NRA, Rocky Mountain Elk
Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, and the Coastal Conservation Association. Across these
organizations, Craig has served in a variety of leadership roles, most recently
completing a term on SCI’s Audit Committee.

Craig has hunted on six continents, in more than twenty countries, including thirty-five
safaris on the African continent. Craig remains an active hunter with several new
adventures booked, and more he’d like to do. He is most excited that Elaine purchased
her first safari at the 2024 HSCF Convention. They can’t wait to go!

Craig is the CEO of Volia Software.
