Wild Game Cooking Demonstration with Scott Leysath, The Sporting Chef!

June 7, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join Scott Leysath, host of the popular “The Sporting Chef” TV show on Sportsman Channel. As someone whose passion and profession are one in the same, Chef Leysath is undoubtedly among the best in the business. He is among the best in the business at cooking anything with fur, fins and feathers. His TV shows on Sportsman Channel include the original “Sporting Chef” show, “HuntFishCook” and “Dead Meat”. January 2014 marked the revival of “The Sporting Chef” show that has been called, “The Fastest Half-Hour on Outdoor Television”. He’s an avid hunter and angler who has developed a cult-like following over 3 decades of recipes, public appearances, cooking columns and TV shows. If you are not part of the world of outdoor enthusiasts, he might possibly be the best chef you’ve never heard of. To those who hunt and fish, he’s “The Sporting Chef.”

Fresh from a two-week trip to South Africa to learn more about cooking native species, Chef Leysath will prepare a variety of wild game in blazing-fast speed. Using only a single burner and a skillet, you will learn new ways to prepare sensational game dishes at home.
