- New Booth Pricing for 2025
- 8×10: $1,760
- 10×10: $2,200
- 10×10 Corner Upgrade: +$350
- 10×20 Endcap Upgrade: +$700
- Premium Upgrade: +$350 (booths facing the center of the room, encircling bars and membership)
- Membership in HSCF will be required of all exhibitors beginning 2025. The cost for one (1) digital membership will be included as part of the booth fee. If the exhibitor is already a member, they may gift the membership to someone else.
APPLICATIONS TO EXHIBIT AND DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 31 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR BOOTH ACCEPTANCE AND PLACEMENT.
WITHOUT AN APPLICATION, NO COMPANY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR BOOTH ACCEPTANCE REGARDLESS OF PRIORITY POINTS.
