INFORMATION:

Important Notice: To be considered for booth placement, exhibitor applications and deposits must be received by July 1. Without an application, no exhibitor will be considered for booth acceptance & placement, regardless of priority points. Booth assignments will be finalized in late July and shared immediately after.

DONATIONS

Your donation helps HSCF raise funds to support its mission – preserving the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the protection of hunters’ rights. And exhibitors are awarded extra priority points for their donations!

Grit Productions & Expositions is proud to serve as the official general service contractor for the 2026 HSCF Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention.

Each exhibiting company will receive a unique username to access the exhibitor portal, where you can place orders for booth rentals, labor, and material handling services. The portal also includes key dates, shipping information, and ordering deadlines.

If you have not yet received your login credentials, you can request access through Grit’s Exhibitor Kit link or by emailing exhibitorservices@gritexpo.com.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center is our official convention hotel.

Please note: HSCF is not contracted with any third parties to reserve hotel rooms for this event. Should any third parties contact you to make hotel reservations, they are doing so without the authorization of HSCF. Reservations made through any other means, other than this portal, will not be noted in the HSCF room block. HSCF will NOT contact you to book your hotel, please use the link to book your hotel stay.
