Protecting Hunters'Rights &

HUNTING HERITAGE

Houston Safari Club (HSC) is our 501(c)(4) non-profit branch dedicated to legislative and policy initiatives that may affect the future of hunting. The HSC mission: To protect the rights of hunters and the hunting heritage through advocacy, policy and legislation.

Our advocacy efforts focus on legislative and policy initiatives that impact the future of hunting. We are committed to protecting hunters' rights and preserving the hunting heritage through active engagement in advocacy, policy, and legislation. By supporting initiatives that safeguard hunting traditions, uphold hunters' rights, and defend the constitutionality of the 2nd Amendment, we play a crucial role in shaping favorable policies and protocols. Our work involves collaborating with legislators, key opinion leaders, policy groups, professional organizations, and governments both domestically and internationally. Your support helps us continue these vital efforts to ensure that the traditions and rights of hunting endure for future generations.

As part of our advocacy efforts, HSCF is a member organization of the American Wildlife Conservation Partners (AWCP). The document below is a culmination of the work done by AWCP member organizations and is presented to each White House Administration and the next two Congresses.

American Wildlife Conservation Partners

The American Wildlife Conservation Partners present the following recommendations, Wildlife for the 21st Century: Volume VI, for the next White House Administration and the next two Congresses. Adoption of these recommendations will improve federal agencies’ stewardship of our nation’s fish, wildlife, and habitats and enhance access to federal lands and waters for outdoor and wildlife-associated recreation, which contribute significantly to the quality of life and economic well-being of our citizens and future generations. These recommendations represent a general agreement of the partners, and each partner organization reserves the right to establish independent positions on any issue herein for the next four years.
