BANQUETS
Join us for an unforgettable weekend of celebration and impact at the HSCF Convention! Enjoy a full lineup of exciting events, including the Thursday Night Hunting & Photo Awards Banquet, Friday Night Banquet & Live Auction, Saturday Gazelles Luncheon, Silent Auction & Live Auction, the elegant Saturday Night Gala (Black Tie Optional) & Live Auction, and the Sunday Morning Life Member Breakfast, where all attendees are automatically entered to win a Bond Arms Grizzly .410/.45 Colt 3″ Pistol! Your participation directly supports wildlife conservation, education, and hunting advocacy efforts. Banquet tickets must be purchased in advance, and each banquet seat or table includes a free weekend expo hall pass.

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center is our official convention hotel.
Please note: HSCF is not contracted with any third parties to reserve hotel rooms for this event. Should any third parties contact you to make hotel reservations, they are doing so without the authorization of HSCF. Reservations made through any other means, other than this portal, will not afford you the discounted rate nor will it be noted in the HSCF room block. HSCF will NOT contact you to book your hotel, please use the link to book your hotel stay.
