The annual HSCF Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention is a premier event for hunting and outdoor enthusiasts. All events associated with the HSCF Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention, including the expo hall, banquets, and scheduled activities, will proceed as planned. All ticket purchases are final; if you choose not to attend due to weather, your purchase will be considered a donation supporting the event and HSCF’s mission.

THURSDAY AWARDS BANQUET
Keynote Speaker: Captain Tom Chaby 

Captain Tom Chaby is a 26-year U.S. Navy SEAL veteran who has led special operations in over 70 countries, including major missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. Beyond combat, he has been instrumental in shaping SEAL training and enhancing resiliency across the 67,000-member Special Operations community through programs focused on physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being. In recent years, he has advised top corporate and sports organizations on leadership, performance, and resiliency, sharing insights through impactful speaking engagements and consulting.

 

 

FRIDAY EVENING BANQUET
John Baumann

John Baumann is a gifted singer-songwriter known for his emotionally rich, detail-oriented lyrics that resonate with everyday life. Since his 2012 debut, he has released four solo albums, toured extensively, and earned songwriting credits with major artists like Kenny Chesney and the Randy Rogers Band. As a solo artist and member of The Panhandlers, Baumann continues to build a strong reputation for both his storytelling and captivating performances.

 

SATURDAY EVENING GALA
Kelly Willis

Kelly Willis, a powerful voice in Americana and alt-country, began her career in the early ’90s with a major label debut that, despite critical acclaim, didn’t launch her into mainstream stardom. Breaking away from Nashville, she found her artistic footing with 1999’s What I Deserve, a turning point that established her as a respected, independent force in the Austin music scene. Over the years, she’s released six more acclaimed albums, including collaborations with ex-husband Bruce Robison, and now faces a new chapter with resilience and creative determination.

Should any third parties contact you to make hotel reservations, they are doing so without the authorization of HSCF. TPWD HUNTER EDUCATION COURSE

This course is designed for novice or young hunters, ages 9 years and above. The course covers the core competencies of firearm and hunting safety, hunting ethics and wildlife conservation. All materials are provided. The Hunter Education Classroom Course lasts a maximum of 6 hours of classroom instruction.
