Hurry! Final Days For Early Bird Tickets To HSC Convention


Houston Safari Club (HSC) is pleased to announce that Early Bird tickets for the Worldwide Hunting Expo and Convention are available at hscfdn.org/convention/banquet-auction/. These early bird prices will end on December 1.

The event is scheduled for January 23-25, 2015 in The Woodlands, Texas, at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. HSC’s annual convention showcases wildlife, wild places and the sporting lifestyle for thousands of visitors and exhibitors from around the globe. The three-day long exposition will feature hundreds of hunting outfitters, gear and luxury exhibits from South Texas to South Africa and everywhere in between. 

Admission to the 2015 HSC Worldwide Hunting Expo and Convention is as follows (prices increase after December 1):

  • Expo Day Pass: $10
  • Friday Night Banquet: $160
  • Saturday Gazelles Luncheon: $80
  • Saturday Night Gala: $225
    • Ivory Table: $4,000 (seating for 10)
    • Reserved Table: $2,000 (seating for 10)
  • All Access Pass (Best Value): $465

Evening banquets and auctions serve as wonderful occasions for celebrating all things HSC. Friday evening festivities will include the annual Hunting Awards ceremony, recognition of scholarship recipients, and the always popular silent and live auctions. The highlight of the annual convention is the Saturday evening black tie gala and live auction. Attendees may bid on the finest in wildlife art, jewelry, firearms, sporting accoutrements and worldwide expeditions.

Proceeds from HSC’s annual convention go towards fulfilling HSC’s mission of preserving the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the protection of hunters’ rights.
