HSCF’s Publication, Hunter’s Horn, Recognized as 2021 Top Outdoor Publication by Texas Outdoor Writers Association


Houston, TX (March 16, 2022) – Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) is proud to announce its quarterly publication, Hunter’s HornTM, has been recognized as the best outdoor publication by Texas Outdoor Writers Association (TOWA).

 

Hunter’s HornTM was recognized at the Texas Outdoor Writers Association’s annual Excellence In Craft Awards Banquet. The banquet is held in conjunction with TOWA’s Annual Conference, most recently assembling in February of 2022. This award comes on the heels of the HSCF publication receiving awards including a Gold Davey Award, Gold Marcom Award, American Graphic Design Award and a Communicator Award.

 

“Houston Safari Club Foundation and our publishing team are honored to receive this award from TOWA. For over 60 years, TOWA has been a leader in outdoor communication and the assembly of the best writers, authors, journalists, photographers, illustrators, communicators and broadcasters in the state of Texas,” stated HSCF Executive Director Joe Betar.
