Director, Events & Membership

Nancy is a graduate of the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College with a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She worked for Marriott International for 25 years.  Nancy began her career in restaurants at the Houston Airport Marriott at Intercontinental Airport.  She moved into Event Planning and was part of the opening team at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott in December of 2002.

She has planned meetings and events of all sizes and types from board meetings for ten people to fund-raising galas and exhibits for thousands. She has been HSC’s hotel convention manager for the past 15 years. Her commitment to continuing education lead her to earn industry designations as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE).  She has been a member of the National Association of Catering & Events (NACE) since 2006.

She will be using her knowledge and experience to plan and execute monthly events as well as the annual Convention.

Nancy enjoys playing soccer, camping, walking her dog,  and cooking. She lives in Spring with her husband Kelly and their two sons, Jonathan and Ben.
